Bookkeeping Cleanup

o Resolve all bookkeeping issues and bring the books current through the month and/ or year

Full Charge & Monthly Bookkeeping

o Entry and classification of all financial transactions

o Checking, savings, and credit card account reconciliations

o Loans, investment accounts, and other non-primary account reconciliation

o Input payroll transaction into QuickBooks

o Preparation of financial reports, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Statement of Cash Flows

o Maintenance of chart of accounts and general ledger

o Monthly depreciation and amortization

• Communicate with customers for payments
• Creating invoices and mailing invoices
• Receive payments in QuickBooks

• Track 1099 vendor information with W9

o Preparation and filing of 1099s as necessary 

o Year-end adjustments
